About the role
An Associate is responsible for the processing of transactions, events or data processing within a functional team. An Associate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) interacting and guiding the team in delivering what is expected by the client and within the defined guidelines. Responsible for guiding the team in executing the day-to-day tasks within the defined guidelines.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the processing of transactions, events or data processing within a functional team

- Interacting with the analysts to ensure the process and procedure is followed
- Providing training to the new joiners to ensure they are on the job asap
- Interacting and educating various business stakeholders as and when required on the process and procedure followed by the team
