About the role

The interventions are designed to address low employability driven by faculty skill gaps, weak industry linkages, and inadequate innovation infrastructure. The scholarship supports girls to complete school education, vocational courses and engineering courses. The scholarship support includes financial support, employability skills, domain skills and life skills training.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overall programme management and expansion of the program
• Play a key role in shaping the future of the program and creating a meaningful impact on the lives of beneficiaries
• Lead development of strategic partnerships with corporate and institutional donors, ultra-high net worth individuals
• Drive the development, review and monitoring of annual operational plans across all projects
• Develop a culture of transparent performance monitoring, learning, and success recognition
