M&E Officer

About the role

M&E Officer will work closely with Project Lead and be responsible for designing and implementing robust M&E systems to track program performance, ensure data quality and support evidence-based decision-making. In addition, managing the ME function, the role will involve research, documentation and knowledge management activities to enhance organizational learning and visibility

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the project's Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework, monitoring plan, indicators, and performance dashboards to track project progress and outcomes
• Orient facilitator for timely data collection & reporting in line with project requirements
• Conduct field visits to project schools to verify the accuracy, authenticity, and reliability of data collected by field teams
• Undertake desk research and collect relevant secondary data from government departments and other credible sources to support project planning
• Compile, analyze, and prepare monthly and quarterly MIS/M&E reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
