What you'll do

• Responsible for all commercial agreements for service and / or sales directly with customers and through representatives
• Review terms and provide risk analysis and appropriate risk reduction strategies in connection with government tenders and commercial contracts
• Support the preparation of bids and proposals. Lead the negotiation of contracts and sub-contracts
• Draft and negotiate other commercial contracts as needed (e.g., service agreements; teaming/consortium agreements; product loan and testing agreements
• Be the formal contractual interface with customers for contracts and agreements matters, including preparation of contract related communications, contract amendments
