What you'll do
- Lead a teams of 2 to 6 Engineers for Dry Gas Seal Support System Post Order Engineering
- Accountable for overall Engineering KPI ‘s and focus on OTD and Quality metrices
- Training & developing of empowered engineering team for GSS engineering & to perform vent studies
- Working directly with all internal stakeholders and align with them on Engineering Service Level to meet their expectation
- I- Project – job management tool for Gas seal system engineering as a global tool
