About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant IT operations while supporting our growing global healthcare BPO business.

What you'll do

• Lead global IT operations across India, the US, and the Philippines
• Own IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and endpoint management
• Drive IT security, HIPAA compliance, and audit readiness
• Manage IT service desk operations and ensure SLA adherence
• Oversee device lifecycle management, asset tracking, and IT procurement
