Job Description for Senior Human Resources Manager We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Manager to lead and standardize HR practices across India operations. This role will manage the end-to-end employee life-cycle, ensure compliance across India, lead a small HR team.
What you'll do
- Implement and localize HR policies, CoE programs, and compliance frameworks within India
- Partner with organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for India business units in alignment with global TA strategies and ATS
- Manage external vendors, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring initiatives
- Oversee on-boarding and induction programs aligned with compliance standards
