Completes checks and controls as per the timelines specified in the SOP and email updates. Provides all required information for an L2 investigation, at one go. Emails sent to appropriate BO contacts fetched from outlook contacts list. Avoids copying contacts from an email sent previously Highlights network interruptions and instability, to the line manager rather waiting for things to go normal.
