About the role
The ECM Associate will play a key role in originating, structuring, and executing equity and equity linked transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with the team head, senior bankers, product partners, coverage teams, and internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality execution on IPOs, follow on offerings, QIS, block trades, convertible bonds, and other equity related financing solutions.
What you'll do
- Support the end-to-end execution of equity and equity linked transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, placements, block trades, and convertible bond issuances
- Prepare marketing materials, investor presentations, offering circulars, and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Syndicate, Sales & Trading, Research) throughout the execution process
- Origination & Client Coverage
- Assist in preparing client pitches, market updates, and strategic financing ideas to support senior bankers in business development
