What you'll do
- Participate in the meetings and note the action points for follow-ups
- Coordinate the investigation, resolution and reporting on production incidents issues
- Report any inconsistency to the all stakeholders
- Liaise with Business and change team when user request about new functionality in application
- Liaise with release management team to keep the development environment up to date for production issue testing
