About the role
The Accounts Payable Consultant Expert is responsible for delivering operational excellence across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Accounts Payable function, supporting multiple legal entities across AMER, APAC, EMEA, UK, and Bernstein. The role serves as a key stakeholder partner, governance lead, and transformation catalyst, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong controls, compliance, and continuous improvement while driving strategic AP initiatives.
What you'll do
- Service Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless delivery of day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and maintain a strong service-oriented culture focused on outcome-based deliverables
- Deliver production KPIs in line with agreed operational targets and stakeholder expectations
- Monitor operational performance, identify service risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels
- Ensure adherence to global policies, procedures, and control frameworks across supported entities
