About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of our multi-tenant CSPM solution, serving various internal customers. The successful candidate will ensure the secure operation of our cloud security posture, develop processes to optimize the use of the CNAPP platform across multiple tenants.
What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the multi-tenant CSPM solution (Primary) and/or other equivalent solutions
- Administration of the tool
- Onboarding of new tenants
- Account groups creations on LZ
- Support in Developing and implementing processes for CNAPP service delivery, tailored to meet the needs of diverse tenants and business objectives/goals
