About the role
Acting as the operational lead for CCS Operations, you will provide guidance to team members, maintain strong relationships with Client Lifecycle Managers (CLMs), Front Office, KYC, Legal, Credit, Regulatory, Tax and Referential teams, and contribute to the delivery of an excellent client experience through disciplined execution, service quality and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate the CCS Operations team across onboarding and lifecycle activities, ensuring clear priorities
- Monitor team capacity, onboarding pipelines, pending actions, risks and escalations to support timely completion and readiness to trade
- Define, monitor and report production KPIs and KRIs to track delivery performance, ageing, bottlenecks, service quality and risk indicators
- Manage alerts and escalations by identifying blocking points, raising risks in a timely manner and coordinating resolution with onshore management and internal partners
- Built a strong governance with regional onshore management and internal partners
