About the role
The assignment covers structured financing activities in the Real Estate, Aviation, Maritime, and Land Transportation sectors (grouped under “Sustainable Transportation and Solutions” or STS).
What you'll do
- Tactical collection and validation of asset valuation data for Aviation, Maritime, and Land Transportation portfolios (AER, MAI, GLT)
- Execution of data integration testing in the target tool, including checks on data consistency and formatting
- Contribution to the drafting and dissemination of procedures, as well as team training and the sharing of best practices
- This role sits at the intersection of ESG and Data Management and focuses on the analysis of financing collateral data, including ESG-related information
- Collection and review of real estate valuation reports received from external providers, as well as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
