What you'll do

• In-depth working experience on Oracle HCM data migration process, especially moving data from legacy systems (like Oracle PeopleSoft) to Oracle Fusion HCM for Oracle HCM…
• Design, develop, and execute complex data migration scripts using Oracle's HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
• Develop, implement, and optimize data migration strategies, scripts, and procedures, ensuring best practices and compliance with company and industry standards
• Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, and troubleshoot issues to maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to define migration requirements and deliver solutions aligned with project goals
