What you'll do

• Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines
• Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation
• Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organizational objectives and vision
• Contribute to the innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards
• Ensure viable succession pipeline
