About the role
Monitor and analyse payment-related KPI, KRI and control indicators for the assigned perimeter and escalate breaches, emerging risks and adverse trends in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with Payment Norms, General Payment Procedures (GPP), SOPs and associated control requirements. Support the execution and monitoring of My Controls, Morse Plus and other risk management frameworks applicable to the perimeter.
What you'll do
- Monitor and analyse payment-related KPI, KRI and control indicators for the assigned perimeter and escalate breaches, emerging risks and adverse trends in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with Payment Norms, General Payment Procedures (GPP), SOPs and associated control requirements
- Support the execution and monitoring of My Controls, Morse Plus and other risk management frameworks applicable to the perimeter
- Review payment incidents, identify root causes and review action plan are mitigating the risk
- Support Exception Form (EF) reviews, annual recertification exercises and associated governance activities
