About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead - Digital Channels Engineering to lead the design, development, modernization and delivery of enterprise digital channels and customer-facing web applications. The role will provide technical leadership across Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and front-end architecture while driving engineering excellence, user experience, scalability and agile delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead development of enterprise web and digital channel applications using Angular and React
- Define front-end architecture, engineering standards and UI/UX best practices
- Guide teams in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and REST API integrations
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects and backend engineering teams
- Drive code reviews, quality assurance, security and performance optimization
