About the role
The RTB (Run The Bank) role is responsible for ensuring stability, availability, and smooth functioning of business‑critical trading and post‑trade systems in an Investment Bank. The role focuses on L1/L2 application support , production issue management, CI/CD pipeline support, SQL‑based analysis, and strong functional understanding of banking/securities workflows.
What you'll do
- Production Support (L1 / L2)
- Provide 24x5 / 24x7 L1/L2 support for critical applications supporting front‑office, middle‑office, and back‑office functions
- Monitor application health, batch jobs, alerts, and system performance
- Perform initial incident triage, impact analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs
- Escalate to L3/dev teams with proper analysis, logs, and findings
