About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Expert specializing in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 to lead complex enterprise messaging environments. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale messaging platforms.
What you'll do
- Architect, administer, and optimize enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online) and Office 365 environments, ensuring high availability, security
- Act as a Tier-3 escalation point for critical messaging issues, performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across hybrid infrastructures
- Design and implement migration strategies for Exchange Online and hybrid deployments, ensuring seamless integration with Active Directory and other enterprise systems
- Monitor and analyse system performance , proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing robust solutions to maintain optimal service delivery
- Develop and enforce best practices, governance policies, and security standards for messaging platforms
