About the role
The Lead System Engineer - SD‑WAN is responsible for advanced operations, troubleshooting, and support of enterprise WAN and SD‑WAN environments. This role serves as a senior technical escalation point, ensuring network stability, performance optimization, and adherence to design and operational standards.
What you'll do
- Provide L3 level support for WAN, MPLS, and SD‑WAN technologies in production environments
- Handle complex WAN incidents and chronic problems , ensuring root cause analysis and permanent fix implementation
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across SD‑WAN overlays, underlays, QoS, routing, and security integrations
- Participate in network lifecycle activities including deployment, migration, upgrades, and optimization
- Review and validate WAN/SD‑WAN designs and configurations against enterprise standards
