About the role
This role is within the Operations Management (OPM) team under unit of the Global Technology Engineering Services(GTE). The ITOC team is involved in offering/supporting monitoring services on Infra & network layers for different Business lines
What you'll do
- Apply good operational & process driven services using ITIL framework
- Able to manage the team effectively
- Stakeholder management to present Monthly KPI’s / KRI’s and OKR’s
- Maintain controls that are critical for the process
- Strong in Infrastructure & Network support and monitoring
