About the role
Responsible for project delivery and production by managing a team. Coach teams for clear constraints in the delivery plans. Responsible for budget/capacity planning and allocation to ensure the continuous improvement of the Tribe. Certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) at industry or internal level is preferred.

- Responsible to manage a complete feature team or many components of various teams
- Manage application/project with medium to high-level criticality
- Responsible for project delivery and production by managing a team. Coach teams for clear constraints in the delivery plans
- Manage relationships between Product Owner and other key business users
- Provide product vision to the team
