About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Full Stack Development teams focused on building scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution. Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure predictable, high-quality releases
- Establish governance processes for delivery tracking and issue resolution
- Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and succession planning
