About the role
The Product Owner is the voice of the customer within an Agile Team. As a key business Stakeholder, he interfaces with feature teams working on a value chain. He is responsible for supporting the strategy of the business line overseen by Product Management. He communicates the key expectations and desired outcomes for his product within the context of a project or a program.
What you'll do
- Review, prioritize and define acceptance criterias (functional and non-functional) user stories with ServiceNow
- Design test scenarios and tests cases for all features implemented by ServiceNow
- Assess, qualify and propose mitigations of risks (delay and dataquality...)
- Coordinate the architecture team, security team and the delivery team
- Help on configuration management process definition
