What you'll do
- ServiceNow IT Stream 2 Deployment
- Monitor evolutions on legacy systems in all entities to enable application decommisioning in due time (eg: Kear, KOL, KAT)
- Interact with the product owner to solve issues impeding the migration / adoption
- Design and monitor the detailed deployment roadmap according to the value (SAM, HAM)
- Ease SG side integrations with ServiceNow by identifying manual data sources for init, monitor data prep for manual input (SAM)
