About the role
We are looking for an experienced professional to join the CFT Control Tower team with a strong focus on Change Management and Production Governance . The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, governing, and driving production changes across critical CFT applications while ensuring operational stability and minimizing business risk.
What you'll do
- Own and govern the end-to-end Change Management process for CFT applications
- Review, validate, and analyse all types of changes including Minor, Significant, Major, Emergency, and Accelerated Changes
- Perform comprehensive impact and risk assessments to ensure production stability
- Engage with change owners and application teams to validate business and technical impacts
- Participate in CAB/CRB meetings and represent the CFT Control Tower during change discussions
