About the role
Fair understanding of Payment data & Activities. Thorough knowledge of activities managed in the value chain responsible for Analysis of requests with logical thought process (apply process steps/procedures) and response to Requestors on timely basis Arbitrate with the Requestor/Product Owners in case of requests requiring additional time/analysis/clarity
What you'll do
- Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained
- Ensure that BAU is processed as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Keep transparency in terms of utilization & availability
- Identify & Report technical issues to support, coordinate on issue resoultion & UAT actions wherever applicable (including system downtime tracker update)
- Ensure to contribute on OKR on production delivery, KPI & KRI
