About the role
We are looking for a motivated IT professional with 2–6+ years of experience and a foundational understanding of IT Infrastructure Capacity Management, Asset Obsolescence Management, and Infrastructure Resiliency . The candidate will play a key role in monitoring infrastructure health, identifying risks, and preparing reports for higher management to support informed decision-making
What you'll do
- Assist in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure capacity to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with business needs
- Coordinate with various infrastructure teams to collect, consolidate, and analyze capacity reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Track and manage IT asset lifecycle and obsolescence risks , ensuring timely identification of outdated or unsupported infrastructure
- Review and assess infrastructure resiliency , including availability, recovery readiness, and adherence to organizational standards
- Analyze infrastructure-related incidents to identify links with capacity constraints, obsolescence issues, or resiliency gaps
