About the role
The Content Lead and Design Lead report to you; you set the standard, the cadence, and the bar. You'll manage those partners to a high standard now, and build the in-house capability to bring both disciplines in over time. Agencies → in-house: Hold external partners accountable to our standard, own the relationships, and lead the transition of paid and SEO from outsourced to in-house as the team matures.
