About the role
Oversee day-to-day Engineering & Maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimum downtime. Manage installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of BMS, HVAC/AC systems, cold rooms, deep freezers, boilers, dishwashing machines, DG sets, RO plants, kitchen equipment and other MEP systems.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day Engineering & Maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimum downtime
- Manage installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of BMS, HVAC/AC systems, cold rooms, deep freezers, boilers, dishwashing machines, DG sets
- Lead, guide and allocate responsibilities to Shift Engineers and technicians, fostering a responsive, service-oriented team
- Drive preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown management, safety standards and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, evaluate equipment requirements, negotiate competitive rates and support procurement decisions
