About the role
We are looking for a hands-on IT Assistant to support the Club’s day-to-day technology requirements and deliver seamless technical support to members, guests and teams.
What you'll do
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network and IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and service engineers
- Support IT equipment, software installations, upgrades and asset management
- Operate and support Cinema, projection and AV equipment for screenings, events and presentations
- Assist members and clients with technical and presentation requirements
