What you'll do
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities for Power Electronics and Mechanical components and systems
- Ensuring the laboratory is a safe and effective place to work, and that the test equipment is well-maintained and properly used
- Guide a team of technicians & Lab Engineers in conducting experiments, electronics boards assemblies, and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring laboratory consumables are well stocked; and equipment is procured to anticipate user demands
- Organizing ESD and Safety trainings for all lab users
