What you'll do

• Provides services, products, solutions and facilities for 3M clients and on-site business partners with an emphasis on strategic space planning, workplace design, moves
• Develops intermediate and long-term strategies involving complex space issues and client demands
• Manages highly complex building and facility related assignments which are based on the complexity and demands of the client base, the difficulty of assigned projects
• Regularly provides leadership to functional and cross-functional teams, and acts as coach or mentor to newer employees
