- Primary Architect and Thought Leader: Lead the design, implementation, and management of Client Virtualization technologies, primarily Citrix
- Incident and Problem Management: Lead incident and problem management efforts, utilizing ITSM and code event management practices
- Application and Desktop Provisioning: Manage the provisioning of applications and desktops
