What you'll do
- Serve as the global technical authority for enterprise print management services, including multifunction printers (MFPs), Cloud print, off network printers
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex print hardware, print servers, drivers, spooler services, and print management applications
- Co-ordinating Print environment changes outside the US
- Support global IT teams with a specific focus on international locations and regional print service requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise print infrastructure aligned with business, security, and compliance standards
