Assistant Manager - Video Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a Assistant Manager – Video Partnerships to drive the growth and monetization of our Catalogue across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat and other video platforms. The role will focus on identifying opportunities to extend the life of existing content through new video formats, recreations and content-led initiatives, while working closely with internal teams, artists, creators and vendors to drive audience growth and consumption.

What you'll do

• Own YouTube and video platform strategy for catalogue growth, driving views, engagement, audience and revenue
• Identify high-potential catalogue tracks and create new opportunities through recreations, remixes, edits, Shorts, lyric videos and other formats
• Build and manage a catalogue content pipeline, working with internal teams, creators and vendors from concept to execution
• Manage video recreations and edits, ensuring quality, timely delivery and alignment with creative direction
• Use platform analytics and dashboards to track performance, identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
