The role supports the Lead in strengthening internal controls, ensuring policy adherence, mitigating risks, and driving process efficiencies through structured reviews and stakeholder collaboration.
What you'll do
- Transaction & Contract Governance
- Review and approve Purchase Order’s, Deal Memos, and Vendor Contracts for both commercial and non-commercial content transactions
- Execute Level 2 approvals for master data and system workflows
- Validate and authorize MPM-related transactions
- Monitor and review open purchase orders for compliance and closure
