About the role
As a Product Owner – Observability Accelerators & AI, you'll help shape the future of how Southwest monitors, troubleshoots, and improves technology reliability across the enterprise. You'll join the Observability Accelerators & AI Pod, a Team that creates reusable observability products and capabilities that help development and operations Teams onboard faster, resolve issues more efficiently, and deliver more reliable technology experiences.
What you'll do
- Prepare backlog for PI Planning and decide which work items become part of the team backlog
- Serve as the customer proxy
- Build, refine, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog
- Partner in Scrum ceremonies such as iteration planning, iteration reviews, and demos
- Help create user stories and define acceptance criteria
