About the role
This is a client-facing consulting and delivery role at the intersection of business consulting, solution design, and hands-on Salesforce delivery. You will lead client conversations, uncover and challenge requirements, recommend practical and scalable Salesforce solutions, and remain hands-on through configuration, testing, and deployment.
What you'll do
- Engage in client discovery sessions, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and shape business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
- Advise clients on solution options, tradeoffs, and recommended approaches, using Salesforce capabilities and best practices
- Translate business problems into clear, specific Salesforce solution options and tradeoffs
- Communicate recommendations clearly, concisely, and confidently with senior stakeholders
