About the role
We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to manage the Quality Assurance Engineering function for WLAN, Networking, Embedded, and IoT products, combining strong technical expertise with team leadership, customer engagement, quality strategy, and delivery accountability.
What you'll do
- Manage test strategy, planning and execution across Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance, Scale, and Interoperability testing
- Drive development and adoption of test automation frameworks using Python/Bash and tools such as pyATS, Robot Framework, and Cypress
- Provide technical leadership in WLAN (802.11), Networking, Embedded, and IoT product validation
- Drive automation, test coverage, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage customer delivery commitments , ensuring quality deliverables are completed on time and meet customer expectations
