About the role
A CSA at Specsmakers acts as an important link between strategy and execution. He/she drives the all assigned metrics of Store Sales, Conversions, Customer satisfaction etc.
What you'll do
- Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses
- Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's
- Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level
- Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
