About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute Spector.ai http://Spector.ai’s marketing function end to end. This is a full-stack marketing role: you will set the strategy and then roll up your sleeves to deliver it across the website, content, social, events, webinars, and founder/leadership visibility.
What you'll do
- MARKETING STRATEGY & PLANNING
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy, annual plan, and quarterly priorities aligned to revenue and lead-generation goals
- Build and manage the marketing channel mix, and calendar; and track ROI
- Define target segments, buyer personas, and positioning/messaging for an industrial, technical audience
- Own the company website — continuously enhance content, structure, UX, and conversion paths to capture and convert demand
