About the role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to oversee the complete operations of our lubricants manufacturing plant in Ra’s al Khaimah, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for production management, quality control, manpower supervision, safety compliance, inventory management, and ensuring smooth plant operations while achieving production targets efficiently.

- Manage day-to-day plant operations and production activities
- Ensure smooth blending, filling, packing, and dispatch operations
- Monitor production planning and achieve operational targets
- Maintain product quality standards as per company and industry requirements
