Product Manager - Hand Tools

About the role

Launch of new products with support from the Marketing team. PM’s to regularly gather market intelligence and update on competitor’s performance etc. PM’s will work with the E-Commerce Team for Sales Growth of respective product lines in the E-Commerce channel both in India and abroad. PMs to support Sales & Marketing on Participation of Exhibitions/Trade shows/Seminar etc.

What you'll do

• Collaborate and work closely with R&D and NPD teams to design and develop New Products. Launch of new products with support from the Marketing team
• Work with Marketing & Sales teams for Packaging (including new packaging development), Pricing and Promotion Schemes to grow the business
• Work with the Engineering Team on Capex to propose and launch new product lines. Finalization of plant & Machinery (Greenfiled or Outsourced)
• Work with Sourcing to reduce input cost, including Packaging cost reduction
• Participate with Sourcing & Engineering on Cost Optimization negotiation meeting with Vendors and Ancillaries
