About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The role will drive requirements elicitation, process analysis and solution definition for strategic projects and product initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements while delivering measurable business value.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, modelling, prioritisation and acceptance criteria definition
- Analyse current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities and define future-state processes with clear business cases and benefits realisation plans
- Work closely with product owners, architects and development teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture
- Facilitate workshops and governance forums to obtain buy‑in and resolve conflicting priorities among stakeholders
- Support project delivery through sprint planning, backlog grooming and user acceptance testing; ensure requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle
