About the role
As a Retention Specialist at Sporty, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of Africa focused campaigns and promotions that drive customer engagement and loyalty locally. You’ll assist with setting up and running retention activities, track results, and help ensure our offers are competitive across different markets.
What you'll do
- Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns and promotional activities for existing & new users across AF markets
- Monitor key metrics (Retention, Reactivation, ROI) and prepare reports to track user engagement and optimization
- Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to maintain and improve retention tools and reporting accuracy
- Help ensure regional offers and promotions are delivered on time and remain competitive
- Coordinate with external partners on campaign execution and follow-up tasks
