What you'll do

• Keep the hiring engine moving: Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to track candidates, follow up on next steps, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Make recruiting workflows better: Identify bottlenecks and repetitive processes, and help improve recruitment workflows, systems, and operating rhythms
