Experience on Moss 2007 Technologies, should have hands on experience on User Administration and Site administration and Shared Service provider Administration (including Search & User profiles) Should have experience in MOSS Installation, Configuration and Administration Should have experience in deploying custom components in Moss 2007 viz. features, solution etc. Should have experience in Moss 2007 troubleshooting for both out of box and customized components.
