About the role
Level 3 Linux Technical Support Specialists responsible for providing client server support for problem and change tickets surrounding the Linux infrastructure. Incumbent assesses situation to determine problem facing the client. Problems are not routine or standardized and the creation of documentation explaining the solution to the problem is required.
What you'll do
- Responsible for providing client server support for problem and change tickets surrounding the Linux infrastructure
- Responsible for implementing changes to the client’s environment
- Support Sev1/Sev2 incident & problem tickets for client servers
- Design, implement and operate a scalable and reliable system infrastructure supporting fast growth
- Manage system-level configuration across multiple server nodes using Puppet or similar tools
